Welcome to daystool.com (“DaysTool”, “the site”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the site.

1. The service

DaysTool offers browser-based image, PDF, and everyday text utilities plus guides. Many tools process files locally. We may change, add, or retire features, and may take the site down briefly for maintenance.

Guides are general information—not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. For contracts, exams, or formal archives, verify outputs and follow your organization’s rules.

2. License and IP

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the site through a normal web browser. Site copy, layout, marks, and code are protected by applicable law.

Do not bulk-scrape or mirror the whole site, or repackage it as a misleading commercial clone, without written permission. Fair quotation of guide snippets with attribution is generally fine; wholesale commercial redistribution is not.

3. Your content and conduct

You are responsible for materials you upload, paste, or process, and you must have the rights to use them. You may not use the site for unlawful activity, malware, IP or privacy violations, harassment, or abuse (including aggressive automation or attacks on infrastructure).

Output quality depends on source files, browser, and device. Spot-check anything important. We do not guarantee every hidden platform rule will be satisfied in one click.

4. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of results. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the site, to the extent allowed.
