Good reasons to write
- A tool errors, looks wrong, or fails in a specific browser/OS
- Corrections or ideas for guides, legal pages, or UI copy
- Privacy or terms questions (reading those pages first helps)
- Legitimate partnership, reprint, or link requests (keep it short)

- Full page URL (with locale, e.g.
/en/tools/…) - Browser and OS versions (e.g. Chrome 131 / Windows 10)
- Steps to reproduce, what you expected, and what happened
- A redacted screenshot if useful
We usually can’t help with
- Doing homework for you or bypassing school/company systems
- Cracking encrypted files, circumventing DRM, or unauthorized access
- Hosting your private files or offering manual “cloud processing”
- Unrelated spam, crypto pitches, and similar
