Privacy Policy
This policy applies to daystool.com (“DaysTool”, “the site”). It explains how tools handle files, what limited data the site itself may process, and how cookies/ads fit in. Using the site means you have read this policy. If you disagree, please stop using the site.
1. Who we are
DaysTool provides browser-based image, PDF, and everyday text utilities, with bilingual guides. Contact details are at the end and on the Contact page.
2. Files inside tools
Image, PDF, and similar tools process files in your local browser. Files are not uploaded to our backend servers and are not stored on our servers. When you click Download, the result is saved on your own device.
Do not enter passwords, payment numbers, or full ID photos into tools. Local processing still does not protect you from malicious browser extensions, shoulder-surfing, or sending a file to the wrong person.
3. Data the website may collect
Hosting and network providers may keep basic access logs (approximate time, IP, user-agent, requested URL) for security and reliability, retained per their policies.
If you email us, we receive your address and message to reply and handle feedback. We do not sell that correspondence to data brokers.
4. Cookies and local storage
We may use cookies or localStorage for essential preferences—such as whether you responded to the cookie notice. These are small and are not used to read your tool file contents.
You can clear site data in the browser or use private mode; preferences like consent may not persist afterward.
5. Advertising
We may use Google AdSense or similar to support the site. Ad scripts load only after approval and an explicit enable flag. Partners may then use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.
File contents you process in tools are not used by us for ad targeting. See Google’s materials for how their ads work and available controls in your region.
6. Third-party links
Guides may link outward. External sites have their own policies; those apply once you leave DaysTool.
7. Children
The site is general productivity software and is not aimed at collecting children’s personal data. Minors should use it with a guardian’s guidance and avoid uploading sensitive personal materials.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the product or law changes. The date below will move; for material changes we will try to give reasonable notice on the site. Continued use means you understand the updated policy.
